1 - Danske Banka makes correction, recall or searching of a transfer only after receipt of a respective written application and payment of service fee. The fee for the service does not guarantee return of money to the client’s account. Return of a made payment is possible only with the consent of the beneficiary. If it is found out that Danske Banka has made an error, the deducted fee is returned to the customer.
2 - Currency exchange transactions in Customer service centres or via E-bank are executed on bank’s business days from 9 a.m. till 5 p.m.
