Property acquisition support programme
Danske Banka has implemented a property acquisition support programme, which provides possibility to acquire real properties on special conditions.
The most part of the offered properties is owned by our customers. The aim of the support programme is to assist the Bank’s customers who wish to sell any of their properties or acquire a smaller property, as well as to provide a possibility for the purchasers of those properties to benefit from favourable financing conditions.
Main benefits:
- Very favourable financing conditions for the properties offered within the support programme
- Commission fee for execution and disbursement of loan is not applied
- A consultation by a specialist adviser of the Bank concerning the conditions of crediting and assistance in the conclusion of the transaction.
The special conditions:
- A swift examination of the loan application, with no commission fee
- Initial payment starting from 10% of the real property acquisition sum
- Loan up to 90% of the real property acquisition sum. In case of an additional collateral the financing in the amount of 100% is also possible
- Very low added interest rate – from 2% (plus variable market rate)
- In case of additional collateral added interest rate - from 1,5% (plus variable market rate)
- A discount of 20% for the insurance of property at If P&C Insurance AS Latvijas filiāle for the first year
- No evaluation necessary
- A partial or full anticipatory paying off of the loan – without penalty sanctions
- Professional consultations and well-considered solutions for the borrower’s life insurance in cooperation with the Latvian branch of Sampo Life Insurance Baltic, which provides an additional security not only to you, but also to your family
- Favourable and convenient use of the Bank’s services, when applying for a Product package
