Payment import and export
Danske Banka is offering possibility to automate payment processing by using data import and export functionality in E-bank. The file format used in E-bank is Financial Data Exchange Unified Standard (FiDAViSta) created by Association of Latvian Commercial Banks thus providing compatibility with majority of ERP systems used in Latvia.
Payment Import
With payment import functionality you can import payments which are created in your ERP systems thus reducing manual work and possibility of mistakes. Payment importing process is the following:
- create payments in ERP system and save them as file;
- choose „Payment Import” in E-bank and browse for the saved payment file;
- payment will automatically appear in E-bank Transaction list;
- sign the payments according to your signatory rights.
When the payments are processed in the bank you can download feedback file on payment status.
Account Statement export
You can download account statements for selected period and process them in ERP systems. Automatic booking saves a lot of time and helps to avoid mistakes.
Agreement and Costs
There are no additional charges for Payment import/export functionality. Charges for payments made using Payment import corresponds to pricelist for transfers in E-bank. Account statement in file format is available to all corporate customers. In order to use payment import functionality you need to apply for changes in your existing E-bank agreement. That can be done at any of bank’s Customer Service Centres.
How to get started
In order to use payment import or account statement export functionality you need to make sure that your ERP system is capable of processing files in FiDAViSta format. You can clarify this with your ERP system vendor. Bank will support system vendor in establishing link between E-bank and ERP system.
