Group payment
Company already doing or planning international business needs to transfer funds cross-border on a regular basis. Often these transfers are made between one company or related companies. To eliminate international borders, Danske Banka offers to corporate customers special payment type - Group payment - to make transfer between one company or/and companies belonging to the same group within Danske Bank Group fast and free of charge.
Group payment is a transfer between accounts, where the account owner is one company or belonging to a group of companies.
Transfers within a group of companies are transfers between a parent company and a subsidiary where the parent owns at least 51% of the subsidiary or between two subsidiaries where the same parent company owns at least 51% of each subsidiary.
In order to use advantages of Group payment, customer needs to submit to the bank a list of companies belonging to the same group indicating beneficiary information (account number in IBAN format and bank’s SWIFT/BIC code).
Terms and Conditions of Group payment:
- Beneficiary is company or/and companies belonging to the same group, indicated in list of companies and provided to the bank by customer;
- beneficiary’s account number is given in the IBAN format;
- payment execution is set to "Express";
- commissions are split between the payer and the beneficiary - shared (SHA);
- payment is sent within Danske Bank Group indicating SWIFT/BIC code of the beneficiary bank .

Group payment is executed on the same day if beneficiary's account currency is the same as currency of transfer.
You can submit Group payment orders at any Danske Banka's Customer Service Centres before 15:00 and in E-bank before 16:00.
Take the possibility to transfer funds on the same day and free of charge between one company or/and companies belonging to the same group within Danske Bank Group!
