Danske Bank Group has announced a new organisational set-up. Group’s banks in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia will operate under a new name - Group will market all its banking operations under the Danske Bank brand name.

GDP growth unexpectedly accelerated to 6.8.% y/y, up from 5.7% y/y in Q4 11.  The outcome was significantly higher than all previous forcasts.

In the first quarter of 2012, Danske Banka continued to strengthen its position in the business banking segment and to improve its operational result.
