Amalgamation of sub-funds

The board of directors of Danske Invest Management Company, the management company of the Fund has decided to amalgamate on 12 March 2010, the Danske Invest Baltic with Danske Invest  Eastern Europe Convergence and Danske Invest Germany with Danske Invest Europe Small Cap.
