Danske Fund is now Danske Invest
As of 15 November, 2008, Danske Fund will change its name to Danske Invest. Consequently, the funds which have so far been marketed under the brand name Danske Fund will be mar-keted under the brand name Danske Invest in the future. Other conditions for the funds will remain unchanged.
Why is the name being changed?
The background for changing the name is that Danske Bank wants to unite their fund activities in one brand: Danske Invest. The idea is to gain long term synergies in relation to product de-velopment and product marketing and to implement best practise across borders and mar-kets.
Facts about Danske Invest
Danske Invest is the brand name for mutual funds, managed by fund management companies in the Danske Bank Group. Danske Invest dates back to 1928 and is headquartered in Den-mark. Danske Invest is drawing upon investment advice from experts worldwide.
Having completed the name change, the sub-funds will be marketed under the Danske Invest brand in the following countries: Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland Luxembourg, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and the Republic of Ireland. Total assets will amount to approx. EUR 30bn, and the product offer will count more than 200 sub-funds.
Which visible changes does the name change imply?
The funds’ home page will change name into www.danskeinvest.lv.
The name change doesn’t affect in any other way the investments made in Danske funds.
